Job Description Job Title: Press Brake Operator Summary Royston Group is a leading supplier for grocery, convenience store, retail and laboratory with 9 production facilities (7 domestic and 2 international). The business is owned by a Private Equity company and is growing through a series of acquisitions along with organic growth. The Royston Group has brought under one umbrella a group of industry leading businesses and is honing them into one company. This role will play a key role in driving this strategy of “One Royston”. Royston’s Hamilton Laboratory Solutions currently has an immediate opening for a Press Brake Operator. The Press Brake Operator shall perform all duties in a safe, productive and proficient manner. The successful candidate will report directly to the Supervisor. Read and understand drawings, sketches and blueprints. Complete machine setup by selecting the proper dies for production and adjusting pressures accordingly. Know bend allowances for different metal gauges. Form parts rapidly and efficiently while handling materials in a safe manner without damage. Perform Brake Press work whether standard, special or extremely complicated on all types of material without supervision. Observe all safety regulations. Must be able to accurately identify measurements of parts and determine require machine operations from the measurement. At least one year of relative experience preferred, but not required. Basic math and mechanical ability Ability to read blue print Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
