Field Services: Crew Lead Position, Royston, GA Reports to – Director of Field Services QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of experience in related construction projects Must be willing to travel 100% of the time High School Graduate or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents Computer skills. (Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.) Written and verbal communication skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license. KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: Oversee and guide the activities of assigned Field Operations technicians and general contractors. Follow, promote, convey, oversee and report on compliance to project scope, safety standards and quality. Report time in an accurate and complete manner. Complete and submit daily reports, checklists, and DOT logs / log sheets forward to the Field Operations office in a timely manner. Support, monitor and maintain adherence to company policies/procedures, safety standards, DOT regulations and good housekeeping practices. Assure that vehicles, tools, equipment and facilities are properly maintained. ERGONOMICS: Typically works long hours. Travel: Requires extensive travel throughout the continental US for periods of 3-4 weeks at a time with 1 week off for rotation. Unaided lifting up to 50 lbs.
